Isembard opens its largest factory in London, grows to 16 plants

British manufacturing startup Isembard opened its new global headquarters and factory in Southwark, London, on September 14, 2026, calling it the largest factory to open in the capital since World War II. The company grew from 4 to 16 factories across the UK, Europe and the US in a year, with tenfold revenue growth, and plans to expand the Southwark headcount from 35 to 200 by the end of 2027.
