TSMC Reportedly Wins Approval for Sub-1.4nm Fabs, First Production in 2030

TSMC has reportedly secured approval for the third phase of its Longtan Park expansion in Hsinchu, Taiwan, covering three fabs for process technologies beyond its A14 node. The first fab is expected to start mass production in 2030.
