T-Head Maps Yitian 720, 730 Server CPUs for 2027, Yitian 750 With ICN Link

Alibaba's chip unit T-Head outlined its Yitian server-CPU roadmap at the 2026 Apsara Conference: Yitian 720 and 730 are planned for 2027, while the later Yitian 750 will add T-Head's ICN chip-to-chip link for direct attachment to Zhenwu AI accelerators. Yitian 730 will be the first generation on a fully self-developed T-Head microarchitecture.
