Hylenr lattice fusion reactor shows heat and gas signals in Texas A&M study
Hylenr completed Phase 1 independent testing of its BRT-NiUCS-2 lattice confinement fusion reactor at Texas A&M University, reporting excess heat, helium and argon levels 2–3 orders of magnitude above background, and catalyst material changes. The study does not confirm commercially useful fusion energy; Phase 2 will test reproducibility and isotopic ratios.
- Helium and argon in the active reactor exceeded background by 100–1000x
- No detectable gamma or neutron emissions above background over ~5 days
- SEM/EDX showed morphological and compositional changes in catalysts
- Phase 2 will test multiple reactors and isotopic ratios
