Nordic launches nRF54LC10A SoC with sub-50 nA hibernation mode

Nordic Semiconductor expanded its nRF54L series with the nRF54LC10A, a 22nm SoC pairing a 128 MHz Arm Cortex-M33 with Bluetooth LE Channel Sounding and an 802.15.4 radio for Thread, Zigbee and Matter. A sub-50 nA hibernation mode cuts battery drain during storage and shipping. Mass production is planned for Q2 2027.
