Fedora 45 Beta Released with Linux 7.2, GNOME 51, and KDE Plasma 6.7

Fedora 45 beta is available for testing, with the final release expected in late October. It includes Linux kernel 7.2, GNOME 51, KDE Plasma 6.7, GCC 16.2, glibc 2.44, Python 3.15; RPM signature verification is enabled by default and the console switches to kmscon.
