Portainer 3.0 won't be the base for free Community Edition

Portainer announced that its Community Edition will stay on the 2.45 LTS branch and won't receive the new Kubernetes-centric Portainer 3.0 architecture. CE will get only security and bug fixes, while new 3.x features are limited to the paid Business Edition or the 3 Nodes Free license.

• CE stays on Portainer 2.45 LTS, the last 2.x release
• New 3.0 consoles and architecture won't be ported to CE
• Free access to 3.x only via the 3 Nodes Free license
• Alternatives include Rust-based Komodo and Go/SvelteKit Arcane
