BharatPe raises Rs 135 crore in debt, merges payment aggregator ahead of IPO
BharatPe has raised Rs 135 crore (about $14 million) in debt funding led by InnoVen Capital. The fintech also received shareholder approval to merge its online and offline payment aggregator businesses into Resilient Innovations ahead of a potential IPO.
- InnoVen invested Rs 80 crore, Neo Group Rs 40 crore, Alteria Rs 15 crore
- Board allotted 13,500 non-convertible debentures of Rs 1 lakh face value each
- Resilient Payments, holding the online PA licence, will merge into Resilient Innovations
- IPO may follow after FY26 once market conditions are favourable
