Xiaomi 18 Pro's Smart Privacy Display uses full RGB with 9.5M subpixels

Xiaomi detailed the Smart Privacy Display on the Xiaomi 18 Pro series: alternating standard and baffled privacy pixels cut side brightness to about 1% beyond 60 degrees. The SuperPixel 2.0 panel uses a full RGB subpixel stripe with roughly 9.5 million subpixels, up to 4,000 nits peak brightness and M11 material. The series launches on September 23.
