London neocloud startup Nscale seeks $3bn in New York IPO

London-based AI data center operator Nscale plans to raise $3 billion in a New York IPO despite a $1.2 billion loss on $140 million revenue in the first half of 2026. The company controls more than 10 GW of data center capacity and has contracts worth about $103 billion.
