Tata Trusts challenges Chandra's reappointment
Tata Trusts said the Tata Sons board's September 17 decision to give N. Chandrasekaran a new five-year term is invalid: the charter requires support from a majority of the two trust-nominated directors, and Noel Tata voted against. The board approved the reappointment 4-1.
