Gartner: just 3% of companies have recorded expected AI cost savings

Only 3% of organizations have achieved the desired cost savings from AI-driven productivity gains, according to a Gartner survey. Yet three-quarters of board members still expect value from AI, and 85% plan to spend more next year.
