Eight Sleep adds Menopause Mode to Pod to curb hot flashes

Eight Sleep introduced Menopause Mode for its Pod sleep system, cooling or heating the user's side of the bed to prevent hot flashes before they start. In testing, participants reported 56% fewer nighttime hot flashes on average and an 85% total reduction. The feature works via the iOS and Android app on any Pod with an active Autopilot membership.
