US and Finland sign emerging technology cooperation deal

The United States and Finland signed a Technology Prosperity Deal on Thursday, deepening cooperation on artificial intelligence, quantum technologies, and research and industrial security. The memorandum also covers 5G/6G development and post-quantum cryptography, and the countries separately signed a Critical Minerals Framework.
