Microsoft fixes Remote Desktop failures caused by Windows updates

Microsoft resolved an issue that blocked non-admin users from connecting via Remote Desktop when Administrator protection was enabled. The 0xC000000D error appeared after KB5124010 and is fixed in the KB5127936 preview update released October 28, 2026.
