Hitachi to merge GlobalLogic and Digital Services into Hitachi Digital

Hitachi will combine its US subsidiaries Hitachi Digital Services and GlobalLogic into a single entity, Hitachi Digital, set to launch on 1 April 2027. The unit will employ around 35,000 staff across 27 countries and target digital transformation in automotive, rail and energy.
