Oracle unveils AI agents for proactive customer service

Oracle announced Fusion Agentic Applications for Customer Experience at its AI World conference, built on the recently launched Fusion Claw agentic execution system. The Service Health Check app detects emerging service issues, investigates causes and recommends or performs fixes while keeping humans in the loop.
