Atlassian: one AI 'super user' lifts team adoption by 56%

Atlassian's chief people and AI enablement officer Avani Prabhakar said a single AI super user in a team of five to seven people raises the whole team's AI adoption and usage by 56%. She called AI mandates tied to performance a 'very bad start' and said routing Claude to search only Atlassian's Teamwork Graph cut token use by 48% while accuracy rose 44%.
