ByteDance's TRAE adds TRAE Bao personal developer assistant

ByteDance launched TRAE Bao, a personal assistant for developers, in its TRAE AI coding product on October 29. It pairs a global assistant that keeps cross-project memory with a project-level assistant that splits requirements into parallel subtasks. Only local tasks are supported for now, with cloud and mobile support promised later.
