DingTalk open-sources DWS CLI tool for AI agents with HarmonyOS PC build

Alibaba's DingTalk has open-sourced DWS, its Workspace command-line tool, under the Apache 2.0 license. It spans 25 business modules and over 1,000 commands, returns structured JSON and is designed for AI agents. A HarmonyOS PC build is produced via an OpenHarmony Go toolchain.
