Chinese startup Apex Intelligence, founded in June 2026, released its first model, Apex-35B-V1.0, built on Alibaba's Qwen3.6-35B-A3B, with weights on Hugging Face. The company says its Apex Research AI system helped generate training data, plan training and optimize GPU kernels, lifting CFD-Bench by 32.1 points and training throughput by 45–60%.
