Sierra adds Compliance Console to Horizon agent platform

Sierra launched Compliance Console on October 28, 2026, a set of configurable guardrails in its Horizon platform that helps AI agents follow outreach rules across channels, use cases, states and countries. The console sets disclosures, contact windows, holiday exclusions, frequency limits and opt-out handling, while dashboards show how many messages were allowed, deferred or blocked.
