AWS ends Python 3.10 support for Lambda on October 31, 2026

AWS will stop supporting Python 3.10 in Lambda on October 31, 2026. After that, functions lose security patches and console edits, new function creation is blocked from July 29, 2027, and updates to existing functions from August 31, 2027. Migrating to Python 3.12+ requires rebuilding dependencies for Amazon Linux 2023.
