Vite+ 1.0 bundles linting, formatting and tests into one CLI

VoidZero has shipped stable Vite+ 1.0 under the MIT license, combining Vite 8, Vitest, Oxlint, Oxfmt, Git hooks and Node.js version management behind a single vp CLI and one vite.config.ts. The team claims Oxlint runs 50–100x faster than ESLint and Oxfmt up to 30x faster than Prettier.
