Hyprland 0.57 adds new blur effects and workspace sharing

Hyprland 0.57 is out with new static and animated blur variants, wobbly window animations, and workspace-specific screen sharing via XDPH. Traditional .conf configuration files are no longer supported, so users must migrate to the Lua-based config.

• New static and animated blur variants plus proportional blur setting
• Screen sharing can be limited to a single workspace
• .conf configs are dropped; migration to Lua is required
• Lua API expanded with config.unload, hl.reload_config() and hl.get_devices()
