Google Pixel Watch owners report severe sudden battery drain

Owners of Pixel Watch 2, 3, 4 and 5 report watches that lasted 24–48 hours now dying in under 12 hours. The identical symptoms across generations point to a rogue app or background service rather than hardware. Google has not acknowledged the issue yet.

• Runtime dropped from 24–48 hours to under 12 hours on Pixel Watch 2–5
• Idle watches lose up to 20% battery every four hours
• A clean factory reset without restoring backup helps some users
• Google has not officially commented on the issue
