Dayforce brings HR and payroll data into Anthropic's Claude

Dayforce launched a connector that puts its HR, payroll and scheduling data inside Anthropic's Claude, letting users ask workforce questions and approve requests, fill shifts and submit time off. Built on the Model Context Protocol, it is in beta with general availability expected in 2027. Dayforce also unveiled its Agentic HCM Platform, the Dayforce Build app builder and a marketplace.
