BUZZ HPC lands $129M fixed-rate credit for Cohere GPU cluster

HIVE Digital said its indirect subsidiary BUZZ Alpha Cloud secured a roughly $129 million fixed-rate credit facility at 9.0% per annum over three years. The funds will finance a $165 million cluster of 2,303 Nvidia GB200 NVL72 GPUs for a three-year sovereign AI contract with Cohere worth $225 million.
