Citi: nearly 60% of firms still stuck in AI pilot stages

Nearly 60% of organisations surveyed by Citi Institute remain in exploration or pilot stages of AI adoption, with only about 40% having moved to production or scaling. North America leads with 77% of firms using AI in production, while Asia Pacific remains focused on pilots and Europe sits in between.
