MIT spinout FabuBlox launches FabAgent for semiconductor process engineering

FabuBlox, an MIT spinout, has introduced FabAgent, an AI collaborator that helps semiconductor engineers build, analyze and emulate fabrication flows before running them in a cleanroom. The agent is tied to the company's Process Design Suite and Facility OS, accounting for tool capabilities, materials rules and recipes; Fab Run Studio remains in early beta.
