ZoomEye measurements from 28 October 2026 found 408,924 assets matching app="Proxmox" and 957,581 matching title="Portainer", with 235,601 of the latter answering on port 9443. The app="Portainer" signature matched only four assets, suggesting a stale fingerprint rather than a tiny population.
