XPENG tops EV satisfaction ranking for second year, beating Tesla

XPENG ranked first in USCALE's European EV Satisfaction Study for the second consecutive year, with an 82% recommendation rate versus the 53% industry average. The Stuttgart-based survey covered over 4,000 customers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland; Tesla placed second, while Opel, Fiat and MG were the poorest performers.
