Svolt starts mass production of 100-kWh semi-solid EV battery packs

China's Svolt Energy has begun mass production of its 100-kWh "Dragon Armor" semi-solid battery packs in Changzhou. Built on a 900-volt architecture with 6C charging, the pack is claimed to add 500 km of range in 12 minutes, last over 3,000 cycles and deliver 300 Wh/kg in its first generation.
