Hasbro names Dan Ayoub president of Wizards of the Coast

Hasbro announced that Dan Ayoub, previously senior vice president of D&D, will lead Wizards of the Coast and Hasbro Digital Games starting November 2. The president role had been vacant for nearly two months after John Hight moved to an advisory position.

• Ayoub joined Wizards of the Coast in 2022 to lead its digital studios
• He previously served as executive producer and studio head at Halo developer 343 Industries
• The appointment takes effect November 2, 2026
• Wizards of the Coast is working on Exodus (April 7, 2027) and Warlock (2027)
