Wizards of the Coast won't voluntarily recognize union for the second time this year

Wizards of the Coast told employees it does not intend to voluntarily recognize the D&D and Studio X units of the UWOTC-CWA union ahead of a vote. The company said it prefers working directly with staff but will respect the election results.
