iOS 27.2 adds selfie-based age verification

iOS 27.2 introduces age verification via selfie: an age-estimation model analyzes four angles of the face on-device and in Private Cloud Compute. The selfie is deleted immediately and isn't accessible even to Apple. The option is available in select regions, including Australia, Brazil, Singapore, South Korea, the UK and Texas.
