OpenAI retires custom GPTs on Dec. 11, 2026

OpenAI will retire custom GPTs on Dec. 11, 2026, requiring users and workspace admins to migrate workflows to plugins. Custom actions do not transfer, model selections may change, and FedRAMP and some Enterprise workspaces have until Feb. 11, 2027.

• Migrated plugins start private and need access re-granted
