Regal debuts Goal Oriented Agents with actor and director models

Regal Voice added Goal Oriented Agents to its platform, running two AI models on every call: a fast actor that replies to the caller and a director that checks stage goals and issues new instructions. Agents are built from goal nodes with plain-language prerequisites; Regal has raised $83 million and serves over 200 enterprises.
