520MW data center campus planned in Eatonton, Georgia

Eatonton 379, LLC filed a Development of Regional Impact application with the Georgia Department of Community Affairs for a data center campus of up to 11 buildings totaling 3.5 million sq ft (325,160 sqm) and up to 520MW. The 542-acre greenfield site near a substation in Putnam County could go live in 2031; the company behind the project is unclear.
