ENGIE discloses customer data breach via partner marketing platform

French energy giant ENGIE confirmed attackers stole customer data after breaching a marketing platform used by business partners. Internal systems were not compromised and the incident is limited to customers in France; stolen data includes names, addresses, emails, phone numbers, contract numbers and PDL/PCE identifiers, with no banking data affected.
