VA completes 2026 EHR rollout with final two Oracle Health go-lives

The VA launched Oracle Health EHR at its Cleveland, Ohio and Anchorage, Alaska facilities, finishing its 13-site deployment plan for 2026. The two go-lives migrated more than 163,000 veterans and 7,800 staff. VA plans 26 hospital deployments in 2027 and EHR coverage at every facility by 2031.
