Kore.ai launches Autoloop to keep tuning enterprise AI agents after go-live

Kore.ai launched Autoloop, an optimization engine for AI agents built on its Kore.ai Agent Platform. Customers set goals such as task completion, business-rule adherence, cost and accuracy, and Autoloop automatically adjusts agents, including in production. It is available in the platform's Artemis edition; Kore.ai counts over 500 Global 2000 customers.
