Agentic AI Foundation adds four projects as MCP shifts focus to security

At AGNTCon + MCPCon North America 2026 in San Jose, the Agentic AI Foundation added four projects — OpenSandbox from Alibaba, Open Responses from OpenAI, Agent Skills from Anthropic and OpenEnv from Hugging Face — growing from three founding projects to ten in its first year. The program shifted from new protocol features toward security and identity.
