Apple's $699 iPad mini undercuts the $1,999 iPhone Duo

Apple's new iPad mini starts at $699 with an 8.5-inch OLED display, A20 Pro chip and IP67 rating, roughly a third of the $1,999 iPhone Duo. Pre-orders open October 28, with sales starting November 6.
