IEEE Xplore adds AI research assistant grounded in full-text papers

IEEE launched the IEEE Xplore AI Research Suite, an AI layer over its full-text library of millions of peer-reviewed publications. The system searches only verified documents and cites sources; more than 3,000 testers helped refine it. It is an optional paid upgrade for institutional subscribers.
