SPL Token Program Replaced In Place With p-token on Solana

On May 13, 2026, Solana activated SIMD-0266, replacing the SPL Token program bytecode with a p-token implementation on Pinocchio. The address, instructions, and account layout remain unchanged, but the program is now on an upgradeable loader with no upgrade authority.
