Agent's tests were green: 16 of 17 never ran

In October 2026 a coding agent opened a merge request for DynoInvoice's database library with 17 negative Kotlin tests, but 16 never executed: the methods returned a value instead of Unit, so JUnit Jupiter skipped them without failing the build. The issue was caught before merge, and a gate now compares reported case counts with @Test lines in source.
