Flexible perovskite solar panels keep 92.5% efficiency after 1,044 hours
A team led by Southeast University and Soochow University added a decoupling molecule to stop transport-layer and perovskite components from binding prematurely during printing of flexible solar cells. A 25 cm² module retained 92.5% of its 22% initial efficiency after 1,044 hours at 85°C and 65% humidity, while small cells reached a certified 26.86% efficiency.
- 25 cm² module kept 92.5% of 22% efficiency after 1,044 hours at 85°C
- Small flexible cells reached a certified efficiency of 26.86%
- 5×5, 10×10 and 30×30 cm² modules hit 22.31%, 20.63% and 20.15%
- Modules passed the IEC 63163 stability standard
