Amazon, Apple, AMD, Google, Tesla, Microsoft, Nvidia, Qualcomm evaluating Intel 14A

Piper Sandler analysts said Amazon, Apple, AMD, Google, Tesla, Microsoft, Nvidia and Qualcomm are evaluating Intel's 14A process. Defect density reached 0.5 in June 2026, with a target of 0.1-0.2 by Q1 2027; mass production is planned for Q1 2028.
