China Makes and Installs 59% of World's Industrial Robots

China's industrial robot output rose 29.1% year-on-year in the first nine months of 2026, the NBS reported. The IFR confirmed China installed 354,000 robots in 2025 — 59% of the global total — while domestic brands captured 55% of its home market.
